From the series «Performing White Skin» A gigantic broom to uncover compelling narratives proposes a monologue about the object and its social implications, addressing a satiric reflection on the art market devices. The performance then unfolds several forms of communication, as well as, strategies of production and consume that govern the demanding construction of new identities and paradigms of our global society. An actor soliloquizes on set companied by Intermezzos from a group of dancers that functions as commentary, similar to the choir of Greek tragedy: reflection of astonishment and outrage. These intermezzos take shape through improvised dances and movements from the monologue, leading to a choreography of the object, the individual and the mask.
